💯 Try Flower Boosters Risk-Free
If you’re not thrilled, email hello@flowerboosters.com within 20 days of delivery to request a refund. Products must be returned within 14 days of approval.
Flower Boosters products are consumable, and refunds are intended to allow customers to evaluate performance, not for extended use.
🧴 Bulk Size (12.5 oz) Refund Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of the product, bulk-size Flower Boosters (12.5 oz) are eligible for refund only if at least 75% of the product remains.
• Products used beyond this amount are considered consumed and are not eligible for refund
• This allows sufficient product to evaluate performance while preventing extended-use refunds
• If more than one 12.5 oz pouch was purchased, only one may be opened. Others must be returned in unopened and resellable condition
📦 Packets & Multi-Unit Orders
For packet-based or multi-unit orders:
• One (1) unit or packet per order may be opened and still qualify for a refund
• All additional units or packets must be unopened, unused, and resellable to be eligible
If more than one unit or packet has been used, the order is considered partially consumed.
Partial Consumption Policy
• A 30% restocking & handling fee will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued only for returned, unused items, minus the restocking fee
• Orders with multiple opened units or no product returned are not eligible for refund
This policy prevents misuse by bad actors while remaining fair to customers evaluating the product.
📬 Return Shipping
• Return shipping is non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
🛑 Abuse Prevention
Refunds are intended for first-time evaluation. Orders showing excessive use, multiple opened units, repeat refund behavior, or attempts to circumvent this policy may be declined at our discretion.
We stand behind our products and strive to be fair — this policy is intended to do both but is unfortunately necessary due to a small number of bad actors trying to “hack the system” and abuse more liberal policies.
